With more than 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, Lisa Sydney helps professionals, late-diagnosed adults, and students strengthen the executive functioning skills that support long-term success. Her approach builds clarity and confidence while offering practical strategies that help people work through challenges and reach meaningful goals.


Much of Lisa’s work focuses on guiding college and university students through academic pressure, executive functioning difficulties, and career transitions. She also works with professionals across different fields who are managing demanding careers, parenting, and relationships. In every setting, she concentrates on creating systems that reduce stress, improve focus, and offer a stronger sense of control and wellbeing.


Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is licensed as an LSW. She is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every client feels understood and equipped to become more capable, organized, and confident in their personal and professional lives.
