Executive Presence Coaching

The Workplace Performance Program

Your employee isn't struggling because they don't care. They're struggling because their brain needs a different kind of support. We provide coaching for high-functioning employees with ADHD or executive function challenges — designed for the person you don't want to lose, but don't know how to help.

You've had the conversation. Adjusted timelines. Maybe restructured the role. And the employee who you've seen do genuinely strong work is still falling short in ways you can't fully explain.

Most traditional HR interventions aren't designed for the root cause. When the real issue is executive function, the ability to plan, initiate, organize, and follow through, encouragement and accountability alone won't cut it. What actually works is targeted, clinically informed skill-building.

This isn't your EAP. And it's not life coaching.

Most EAPs provide 6 generalist sessions. Most coaching platforms offer broad wellness support. Neither is designed to address the specific functional challenges that come with ADHD and executive dysfunction in a professional context.

The Workplace Performance Program was designed by Jacquelyn Harper — a licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L) and ADHD Registered Specialist (ADHD-RSP). Occupational therapy is the clinical discipline of functional performance: how people do what they need to do, in the environments they're

in. Applied to the workplace, that means we assess how executive function deficits show up in your employee's specific role and build targeted strategies from there.

Sessions are delivered by our team of trained coaches, each selected and supervised by Jacquelyn to ensure the same clinical standard across every engagement.

The average cost of replacing a mid-level employee is 50–200% of their annual salary.

The Workplace Performance Program starts at $2,950.

A few things employers usually ask.

Does the employee need a diagnosis?

No. Many of our clients have not been formally diagnosed with anything. Our coaching addresses functional patterns — difficulty with focus, planning, follow-through, or self-regulation — regardless of whether there's a diagnosis attached. If an employee is struggling in ways that affect their performance, that's enough.

What does the manager get to know?

Manager consultations focus on observable work behaviors — not session content. We never share what an employee discloses in coaching without their explicit consent.

Does this qualify as an ADA accommodation?

We can't provide legal advice, but employer-sponsored coaching has been used by many organizations as part of an interactive accommodation process. We're happy to speak with your HR or legal team about how our program is structured.

What if my employee isn't sure they want coaching?

Coaching only works when the employee is a willing participant. We recommend having an honest conversation with them first, and we're happy to join a brief intro call to answer their questions directly.

Ready to talk about your situation?

Book a consultation and we'll listen to what's happening with your employee, explain whether our program is a fit, and give you the information you need to make the right decision for your team.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY AFTER WORKING WITH US

Testimonials

"This session gave our team a clear, practical framework for understanding executive functions, especially task initiation and sustained attention and why they vary from person to person. Our host Stephanie & Jacquelyn normalized brain differences and offered immediately usable strategies (time blocking, sensory regulation, body doubling, and small dopamine “bridges”)."

"We really enjoyed this session! Engagement was high, our staff asked for the materials and left with concrete habits to test, plus shared language to support a more inclusive, brain-friendly culture."
