Privacy Policy Your privacy is important, and at Coaching Executive Function I am committed to protecting your personal information. This policy informs you of how your information is collected and used, so you can make an informed choice regarding whether you will visit this website. What data is stored? When you order a service on this site, information on the sign-up sheet is collected and is secured through a password protected account . Your credit card information and/or banking account information is held by Wix payment processor, and I do not have access to those numbers. Brief notes regarding your goals and action plans are recorded so that we can review progress over time. I will discuss with you how you prefer to be contacted, and it is important that while you remain a client you notify me if any of those details change. How Is It Used? We use your name and email to send you periodic emails, including appointment reminders and occasional announcements and updates. If you buy a service, we use your mailing address and your phone number to process your transaction. We may use your phone number and/or email to contact you about your order. Cookies are used to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction to optimize the website and create a better user experience for you. Certain data may be collected automatically from you as you use the website through cookies and similar technologies. Who Is the Information Share With? All information will be kept confidential unless the client and coach agree to discuss something with a third party, Where appropriate a consent form will be used. The only reasons for breaking confidentiality would be if the coach considered that your life was at risk, if another person’s life was at risk or if the coach was liable to civil or criminal court proceedings if the information was not disclosed. If at all possible this would be discussed beforehand. Access Clients can access their records by making a verbal or written request. I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. If I experience any data breaches, I will inform you as soon as possible. Your Legal Rights Under data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data that include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent. Terms and Conditions   Coaching Executive Function accepts virtual clients from anywhere, as coaching does not provide clients with a medical service.  Confidentiality  is an essential part of coaching. It underpins the client's sense of safety and trust. Coaching Executive Function, LLC holds all records securely and will ensure confidentiality in the treatment of any information held about its clients. All information recorded and held is solely for the purpose of maintaining effective coaching. All information will be kept confidential unless the client and therapist agree to discuss something with a third party. Where appropriate a consent form will be used. The required notice for cancellation is 24 hours. Where there is less notice of cancellation or if you do not attend your appointment you will be charged the full fee. With adequate advanced notice, where possible, you may be offered an alternative appointment. You will be given as much advance notice as possible in terms of the holidays or needing to cancel your appointment for any other reason.    It is strongly advised that if you are concerned about any aspect of your physical or psychological well being that you consult with your medical doctor or a mental health professional for an up to date evaluation of your health needs.
