I’m passionate about supporting and collaborating with individuals in all stages of life to uncover their strengths and motivations in order to help create and achieve their personal and professional goals!

My coaching is formed by over 14 years of working with adults, students, and families as an Occupational Therapist. My continuing education has focused on the areas of executive functioning, neuroscience, social-emotional development, interoceptive awareness, mindfulness, motivational psychology, and strength based approaches to understanding and supporting those with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autistic individuals, and all individuals with  'neuro-unique' brains!

Shea Jackson

Child ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Neurodiversity Coach

As an individual with an ADHD diagnosis since childhood, I am passionate about helping kids and their families navigate neurodivergent brain styles!

Studying Child and Adolescent Development and Psychology at Virginia Tech formed my understanding of brain development. While receiving my Masters of Education from Johns Hopkins, I gained first hand experience as a classroom teacher. My coaching is built upon my experience and continuing education from my 9 years teaching in inclusion classrooms. I aim to bring perspective from both a classroom teacher and an executive functioning coach to help all students and families find their best selves!
