Monthly coaching offers an ongoing partnership to help you navigate change, build momentum, and stay aligned with your goals. Whether you're a college student juggling deadlines, a professional managing ADHD, or someone navigating a career or life transition, this coaching package is designed to meet you where you are—and move you forward. Each month includes: 3 x 50-minute coaching sessions (via Zoom or in person) Ongoing accountability and check-ins between sessions (email or messaging) Personalized strategies based on your goals, strengths, and brainstyle Support for Executive Functioning skills like planning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through As an ICF Associate Certified Coach with over 12 years of experience, I’ve worked with clients across education, healthcare, IT, real estate, and more—helping both students and professionals better understand how their brain works and how to set themselves up for sustainable success. If you’re ready to make meaningful change and want a coach who brings curiosity, structure, and deep support—monthly coaching is for you. All coaching is individualized and tailored to the client's needs. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes. Accountability check-ins and messaging support is provided between sessions, so you can continue reflecting and problem-solving during the week. Coaching is pre-paid $475/month, and each month includes three individual sessions. We ask clients to commit to at-least two months, but there is no limit on how long we continue.
