Helping You Thrive, Not Just Survive
You’re Wired Differently. Let’s Make That Your Strength.
If you’re here, chances are life feels heavier than it should. The demands of your career are nonstop, your personal life keeps calling your name, and you can’t help but wonder: When do I get to breathe?
We understand because we’ve been there too. Here, we don’t believe you should have to sacrifice your peace of mind to keep up with everything. We’re here to help you take back control—of your time, your focus, and your energy—so you can feel less overwhelmed and more in charge of your life.
This isn’t about being “perfect” or doing more. It’s about finding clarity, simplifying the chaos, and building a life that feels like yours again.

Sarah Rae Bello, M.Ed., ACC
ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Leadership & Performance Coach
Specializing in Professionals, College Students, and Change Management
Life can be a lot to manage. Between work, relationships, daily responsibilities, and long-term goals, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck. With the right support, it’s possible to build systems that bring more clarity, ease, and follow-through into your life. For individuals with neurodiverse brains, such as ADHD or Autism, these moments can come with added complexity, but also unique strengths. My approach is grounded in understanding how your brain works best and building strategies that align with your natural thinking style.
As your coach, I’m here as a steady partner. I’ll help you clarify what matters, tap into your strengths, and build the skills you need to move forward with confidence. Our work is grounded in curiosity, care, and honest conversations that support real growth.
I bring over 12 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals in both academic and corporate settings. I’ve coached people at every stage of their careers, across fields like education, health care, real estate, tech, hospitality, and the military.
I am a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, with a Master’s in Education, a certificate in Facilitation, and credentials in Leadership and Performance Coaching. Most recently, I served as Director of Learning and Development and internal team performance coach.
Coaching packages start at $475 per month.
Outside of coaching, I’m a new mom, a long distance runner, and someone who loves exploring new places.

Kathleen Kennedy M.Ed., ADHD-CCSP
ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Neurodiversity Coach
Specializing in Women Navigating Perimenopause and Menopause and Parents
As an executive function coach, I believe in two things: working smarter, not harder, and living in alignment with what truly matters to you.
That means using your time and energy in ways that feel focused and intentional. It means creating routines and habits that support your values, not just your to-do list. My job is to help you get clear on what matters most and build simple, realistic strategies to support your life, one day at a time.
I work especially with parents and women in perimenopause, two groups often asked to hold everything together while managing their own shifting needs. If you're a parent trying to create calm out of chaos, I’ll help you build systems that support your child’s growth and your own well-being. If you're navigating the mental fog or energy dips of perimenopause, I get it. We’ll work together to create structure that honors your body, your goals, and your values.
You don’t have to push through alone, we’ll build something that works for you.
Coaching packages start at $450 per month.
