Much of my work has focused on supporting college and university students as they navigate academic stress, executive functioning challenges, and career transitions. I also bring close to a decade of private-sector experience, where I’ve coached teams to streamline workflows, manage competing priorities, and strengthen collaboration.
I’m a certified School Counselor and Special Educator with an endorsement in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and have extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodiversities. I look forward to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
