With a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and specialized certifications in ADHD and Autism, she bridges the gap between clinical insight and workplace performance.

Her approach is highly collaborative and results-oriented, designed to help senior leaders and late-diagnosed professionals translate their unique cognitive profiles into sustainable leadership strengths. By focusing on executive function architecture and accountability, Stephanie partners with clients to eliminate operational friction and achieve strategic balance. Beyond individual advisory, Stephanie is a certified Neurodiverse Couples Coach, bringing a sophisticated understanding of relational dynamics to her work with teams and organizations.

With over a decade of experience as an educator, instructional coach, and small business owner, Angelina specializes in the practical application of executive function strategies. She partners with professionals, entrepreneurs, and late-diagnosed adults to design sustainable systems that support workplace independence, clarity, and long-term momentum.

Her work is grounded in both professional expertise and real-world application. As a business owner and working parent navigating the cognitive demands of leadership, organization, and life with a young child, Angelina understands firsthand how competing responsibilities impact focus, planning, and follow-through. She helps clients build organizational structures that are not only effective but also realistic within the complexity of modern work and family life.

With over two decades of coaching and counseling experience, Lisa brings a deeply compassionate, brain-aware approach to helping individuals move forward without sacrificing their well-being. She understands how easy it is to look accomplished on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside, and she partners with clients to build sustainable systems that create clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.

Lisa creates a steady, affirming space for neurodivergent individuals, including those who identify as ADHD, AuDHD, or twice-exceptional, to better understand how their brains work and to design practical strategies that support focus, organization, and follow-through in demanding environments. Lisa believes growth should feel grounded, not frantic, and she helps clients build the structural stability that allows their strengths to shine without burnout. She holds a Masters of Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania.
