You’re Wired Differently. Let’s Make That Your Strength.

If you’re here, chances are life feels heavier than it should. The demands of your career are nonstop, your personal life keeps calling your name, and you can’t help but wonder: When do I get to breathe?

We understand because we’ve been there too. Here, we don’t believe you should have to sacrifice your peace of mind to keep up with everything. We’re here to help you take back control—of your time, your focus, and your energy—so you can feel less overwhelmed and more in charge of your life.

This isn’t about being “perfect” or doing more. It’s about finding clarity, simplifying the chaos, and building a life that feels like yours again.

ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Neurodiversity Coach

Specializing in Women Navigating Perimenopause and Menopause and Parents

Two guiding principles shape everything I do as an executive function coach: work smarter, not harder and live in sync with your values.

Working smarter is about using your time and energy with intention—so you can approach tasks with more ease, focus, and effectiveness. Living in sync with your values means aligning your daily actions with what matters most to you. When we do that, we experience more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. My mission as a coach is to help you uncover your values and create practical, meaningful strategies to live them out—day by day.

One of my areas of expertise is supporting parents. With a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and over a decade of teaching experience, I know how to help families create sustainable routines and systems that actually work. Whether you're navigating school schedules, after-school chaos, or trying to carve out more calm in your home, I’ll help you build the kind of structure that supports both your children’s development and your own well-being.

I also specialize in working with women in perimenopause. I understand the unique challenges women face during this transition. Hormonal shifts can impact memory, focus, and attention, making daily tasks feel overwhelming. I am passionate about empowering women during perimenopause to find greater stability and grounding. I'll work with you to develop personalized strategies that align with your values and energy levels, helping you work smarter, not harder, as you navigate these changes.
